This exciting initiative will feature three breakfast sessions, scheduled for April/May or May/June, from 08:00 to 09:30 CET at their offices in Amsterdam. Meet our A&O Shearman experts
Nina Dirkse
Nina specialises in private and public M&A and growth capital transactions. Nina also has a background in environmental law, permitting and zoning, having worked for almost two years in the Projects & Real Estate practice.
Jort de Groodt
Jort specialises in growth capital, equity capital market and (public) M&A transactions. Jort has gained broad experience in advising companies and investors in the full life cycle of companies, including (early stage) equity financing rounds, IPOs and exits (both private M&A and public takeovers). Jort has also gained experience on US deals while he was seconded in Silicon Valley.
Kiki Doeve
Kiki advises on a wide range of corporate and security law matters, covering the full life cycle of enterprises, from investments in growth companies and M&A transactions to capital market processes and take privates.
Meet our KPMG Tax experts
Dianne Berry
Since joining KPMG Meijburg & Co in 2005, Dianne has advised various companies in relation to (international and domestic) taxes and managed several (cross border) transfer pricing projects, including coordinating work with foreign KPMG offices for clients with business outside of the Netherlands. Dianne enjoys practicing a variety of sports including capoeira, cross fit and boxing.
Elène Siem
Elène is an indirect tax specialist with over 10 years of experience working at KPMG Meijburg & Co. Elène is specialized in VAT, and assists clients in the profit- and non-profit sector with optimizing their Dutch and cross-border VAT position. She finds it important that clients are provided with useful and practical advice, whereby VAT should follow the business. The most exciting part of her work is connecting with people and finding creative solutions. In her spare time, Elène is a real ‘foodie’ who hits the gym quite often and just started to learn salsa.
Femke van de Water
Femke is a Dutch corporate income tax specialist at KPMG Meijburg & Co and a member of the KPMG Emerging Giants team, which focuses on supporting start-ups and scale-ups. When it comes to tax, she has advised companies and founders with national tax matters and when going abroad. Before joining KPMG Meijburg & Co, she worked at the finance department at a scale-up company in Rotterdam. Besides that, Femke is a triathlon fanatic, and always up for a game of tennis or padel.
Celine Steinkamp
Celine is a Dutch corporate income tax specialist at KPMG Meijburg & Co and a member of both the KPMG Emerging Giants team and the German Desk. The German Desk focuses on advising Dutch subsidiaries of German corporate groups. Due to her German background, Celine was able build up a strong network with our neighbors in Germany. The wide variety of clients is what makes her days dynamic and ensures that there is never a dull moment.
